Noritz Completes Acquisition of Vietnamese Company Kangaroo

Noritz has been discussing the acquisition of a 44.0% stake in Vietnam’s water purifier and home appliance manufacturer Kangaroo International Joint Venture, making it an affiliated company based on the equity method. The transfer of equity was completed on June 16, 2021.
