Johnson Controls Announces Acquisition of Fisher Group

Johnson Controls continues its UK expansion with the acquisition of the Glasgow-based air conditioning contractor, Fisher Group.
 
The purchase, which includes Fisher Group Ltd and Fisher Group Services, follows the acquisition of Cool Solution in March and McDowall Air Conditioning last year.
 
Johnson Controls says the acquisition helps to fill a service gap in Scotland, and enables it to draw on Fisher Group’s expertise in the design and installation of air conditioning for commercial and industrial markets, while expanding its own pool of experts in the HVAC industry.
