Here in MEHITS we use the milk-run delivery logic to have raw materials delivered to our various facilities. There is a pre-defined route the driver uses to collect all the materials and components, from various suppliers, that is delivered to us every day. This ensures just-in-time delivery and reduces the possibility of waste and material damage due to inventory management.
