Daikin GET Program to Celebrate 10 Years

The GET Program (Graduate Engineer Transformed) is now in its 10th year at Daikin Applied. This 7-month immersive learning program is one of its kind, designed for new graduate sales engineers to provide foundational HVAC knowledge and experience, build their professional network, and enhance their industry credibility. Aside from traditional in-person training, the program takes the participants to Daikin's many manufacturing facilities across North America where they get a close-up look at our products being manufactured, and form partnerships with key engineers and leaders in the field.
