GEN - 1298.00. The Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC) was set up as a voluntary partnership in 2015 during the 21st Conference of Parties (COP21). It involves 30+ countries and 100+ members with different backgrounds and fits within the United Nations Environment Programme. The aim is to work towards a zero-emission, efficient, and resilient buildings and construction sector.
