Chemours Names Dawn L. Farrell as Chairperson of its Board of Directors

Farrell to Chairperson of the Board of Directors effective January 1, 2022. Mrs. Farrell currently serves as the company's Lead Independent Director and has been a member of the Board of Directors since the company's founding.
