Danfoss Inaugurates Green Refrigerants Testing Center at India Campus

Danfoss has launched a center of excellence for green refrigerants at its state-of-the-art facility in Chennai, southern India, on September 8 to encourage the sustainable development and use of low-global-warming potential (GWP) refrigerants. Dan Jørgensen, Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities, Denmark, inaugurated the facility in the presence of Freddy Svane, Ambassador of Denmark to India, and Ravichandran Purushothaman, president, Danfoss India. This is a green milestone in Danfoss’ journey to provide sustainable cooling for all and will help in the green transformation of India’s cold chain sector.
