Vicente Reynal Appointed Chairman of the Board of Ingersoll Rand

(NYSE:IR), a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, has appointed Vicente Reynal as chairman of the company and William (Bill) Donnelly to serve as the company’s lead director.
