Acquisition by Nichirei Logistics of Norish (N.I.) Limited and Norish Limited

Nichirei Logistics Group with headquarters in Tokyo announced in a notice of September 30, 2021, the acquisition of Cold Chain Federation member, temperature-controlled logistics company Norish (NI) Limited and Norish Limited in the United Kingdom. We can now inform that the procedures for the acquisition were completed on October 29, 2021.
