CEATEC 2021 Showcases Latest Technology with Carbon Neutrality

The first CEATEC was held in 2000, and it has expanded year after year, developing as a digital consumer electronics trade fair. In 2016, it was declared a trade fair for home appliances, and was reborn as the Society 5.0 comprehensive exhibition that depicts the future society and lifestyle with Internet of Things (IoT) and co-creation. In 2021, Carbon Neutrality, 5G, Mobility, and Super City/Smart City were set as priority themes for the realization of Society 5.0.
