In order to verify the effect of this system, the companies conducted joint research with the Institute of Development, Aging and Cancer (IDAC) Tohoku University and conducted a comparative experiment between the system and an ordinary alarm clock. As a result, they were able to confirm the effects of brain activity and comfort on waking. Based on the results of this experiment, Daikin exhibited a prototype of the system for reference at Kyocera’s booth at CEATEC 2021 Online.
