Daikin Commercializes Wind Units that Reproduce Natural Wind

Daikin and Okamura have jointly developed ‘Wind Units’ that reproduce natural wind after conducting a verification test at ‘point 0 marunouchi’, a membership-type co-working space managed by point 0. Specifically, by incorporating Wind Creator, a large-sized fan developed by Daikin to reproduce natural wind, into an open-shelved cabinet of ‘Lives’, a furniture series developed by Okamura that has strength in office solutions, the Wind Units have been developed as a unit. In November 2021, Okamura launched sales. The Wind Unit is the first to be commercialized among the projects for which verification tests were carried out at point 0 marunouchi.
