Carrier Acquires Systemax Pty Ltd Australia, Expands Global Footprint in Building Automation and Controls

Carrier has acquired Systemax Pty Ltd, an independent Automated Logic controls contractor operating in Queensland and Northern Territory, Australia and in Papua New Guinea. The acquisition expands Carrier’s global footprint in building automation and controls in the region. Systemax will operate as part of Automated Logic, a leading provider of innovative building management solutions and a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), the leading global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable and intelligent building and cold chain solutions.
