Commercial Buildings Grow by 4.8% in 2021

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, 2021 saw China invest RMB 14.7602 trillion (about US$ 2.32 trillion) in real estate industry development, an increase of 4.4% year on year. In 2021, the sales value of commercial buildings came to RMB 18.193 trillion (about US$ 2.86 trillion), growing by 4.8% year on year.
