Building Regulations continue to promote efficiency

With the latest edition of the Building Regulations due to be published on 15th June, it’s no surprise that Part L, Conservation of Fuel and Power, introduces tighter targets for carbon emissions. Through Part O, for the first time, the Regulations also address the issue of ‘overheating’ which has become more of a problem for residential buildings in recent years.
