Indian Research Establishes Indian Adaptive Comfort Levels

According to a study conducted by the Center for Advanced Research in Building Science and Energy (CARBSE) of CEPT University, when an air conditioner is not adequate to generate a feeling of comfort during summer, a fan can supplement it to produce the optimum cooling. In this study, scientists measured the year-long adaptive thermal comfort levels or the state in which a person feels comfortable in a room amid a summer heat wave.
