Daikin India’s 3rd R&D Center in India

Daikin India announced on August 17 its plans for its third research and development (R&D) center in India at Neemrama, Rajasthan in the North Indian state of Rajasthan. Spread over 24,000 m2, it will employ more than 250 engineers dedicated to R&D of tailor-made products for Indian consumers. The new R&D center will have 22 testing facilities and labs to increase Daikin’s manufacturing competitiveness in the export market. Set up with an investment of INR 5 billion (about US$ 63 million), it will be Daikin’s third R&D center in India, alongside two others located at Hyderabad and Neemrana, and will be operational from 2023.
