CAREL Acquires Klingenburg & Klingenburg International

On September 7, 2022, CAREL announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Klingenburg and Klingenburg International.
With around 200 employees and two production facilities, one in Germany and one in Poland, the two companies boast a direct commercial presence also in the United Kingdom, in Spain and in the United States. Aggregated revenues on December 31, 2021, amounted to approximately €39.1 million (about US$ 39.3 million) with an EBITDA of €2.4 million (about US$ 2.4 million) and net cash of €4.8 million (about US$ 4.8 million).
