aqotec and Viessmann announce new partnership

Allendorf (Eder) – The Viessmann Group ("Viessmann") has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of a new minority stake in the local heating specialist aqotec GmbH ("aqotec"). The full-service provider for district heating solutions, headquartered in Weißenkirchen, Austria, employs around 150 people and is expected to generate sales of over €35 million in the current year.
