Viessmann: saving winter by facilitating the energy transition

Allendorf (Eder) – If we want to keep having winter sports, we need to protect the winter – and the climate. Viessmann is devoting itself to the important topics of sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental protection by extending its winter sports commitments. Looking to the next generation (for example, the Viessmann Junior Team, which competes in the Nordic combined and the biathlon) also reflects Viessman’s purpose, which is to design living spaces for generations to come; this includes tomorrow’s athletes. What started out as technical support for luge legend Georg Hackl, for whom Viessmann made special sled runners, has since become a comprehensive commitment to Nordic skiing.
