Huayi to Set up Refrigerator Compressor Factory in Mexico

According to Chinese media, in 2022, Jiaxibera Compressor, a subsidiary of Changhong Huayi, invested US$ 19.8 million to set up a joint branch company together with the subsidiary company Huayi Compressor Barcelona which invested US$ 200,000. The business range will include production and research and development (R&D) for refrigerator compressors. The project is under preparation, and its future production capacity will reach 4 million units per year.
