Lennox Announces Portfolio and Leadership Changes

Lennox International has announced that its long‑serving president of 24‑years, Doug Young, will retire on June 30, 2023, and will be succeeded by Gary Bedard, president of the Residential business segment, effective January 1, 2023. The overlap is designed to ensure a smooth leadership transition and maintain momentum on business initiatives. Under Mr. Young’s leadership as president, Lennox doubled revenue in its Residential business segment to more than US$ 3 billion while tripling its profit to over US$ 600 million.
