BFFF : new energy bills discount scheme announced

Following the conclusion of the review into the current ‘Energy Bill Relief Scheme’ (EBRS) for non-domestic customers, the Chancellor of the Exchequer has announced a new ‘Energy Bills Discount Scheme’ (EBDS).
