South Korea’s industry varied slightly depending on products, but production generally decreased in 2022. Compared with 2021, it is estimated that production decreased by about 5% in 2022, and exports were also down by about 10%, reaching a level of US$ 5.8 billion due to an economic recession coupled with ongoing global inflation.
