DAVIDSON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ingersoll Rand Inc. (NYSE:IR), a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, has acquired Paragon Tank Truck Equipment (“Paragon”) for an all-cash purchase price of approximately $40 million.
