LU-VE GROUP APPOINTS THE GENERAL MANAGER

Uboldo (Varese), February 23, 2023  - LU-VE S.p.A.  ("LUVE" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Riccardo Quattrini as General Manager of the Group as of April 1, 2023, resolved by the Board of Directors at today's meeting upon the proposal of the President and CEO Dr. Matteo Liberali and the COO Mr. Michele Faggioli, consulted the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
