Bitzer announces intent to acquire Danish company OJ electronics

Sønderborg/Sindelfingen, 25.05.2023. The BITZER Group announces its intent to acquire OJ Electronics A/S, headquartered in Sønderborg, Denmark. With this, BITZER is broadening its portfolio for electronic components for the HVAC&R industry.
BITZER and OJ Electronics have signed the acquisition contract. The transaction is subject to the usual approval and is expected to close no later than in Q3 2023.
