1. MARKET ANALYSIS for World ATW Heat Pump Market
Take Europe as an example: ATW heat pumps, as a heating solution to replace fossil fuel boilers, have achieved rapid growth with the support of decarbonization policies. The rapidly growing air-source heat pump (ASHP) technology promoted by mainstream Japanese brands has embraced unprecedented development over the past 20 years. The Eco Cute technology developed in Japan more than 20 years ago for the production of DHW has matured and is maintaining good growth. With the support of China’s Coal-to-Electricity policy, the northern region of China has seen significant growth in environmentally friendly heating and commercial hot water supply systems. Decarbonization policies will stimulate the United States and Australian markets in the future, and HPWH systems are on track to achieve further development.

2. Outes Integrates Its Global Resources to Compete in Heat Pump Market
As a leader in China’s heat pump industry, Zhejiang Zhongguang Group has more than 3,000 sales and service outlets and more than 1,000 after-sales service outlets in China, and has established a complete marketing network. The company also uses its own Outes brand overseas, which has attracted attention in the global heat pump market. JARN interviewed Liu Liping, general manager, overseas sales of Outes, to hear about Outes’ overseas layout in addition to its performance in China.

3. Swegon and Frascold Join Forces to Develop Reversible R290 Heat Pumps
The collaborative effort between Swegon’s technical team and Frascold’s specialists resulted in the creation of the TITAN Sky range - a series of reversible heat pumps. Swegon was responsible for the overall design, while Frascold played a crucial role in selecting the compressor, which serves as the heart of the entire system.

4. Hisense Calls on to Renew the Future with Hi-Therma ATW Heat Pumps
On June 16, the 2023 Hisense Hi-Therma Series Heat Pump Launch Conference was successfully held in Paris, France. A total of 29 companies were invited to attend the conference. This is the first time Hisense HVAC organized a new air-to-water (ATW) heat pump product launch event in the European market, showing that both Hisense Group and Hisense HVAC think highly of the European heat pump market.

5. Unilab Launches New Design Software for ATW Heat Pump OEMs
Unilab, an Italy-based leading company in the field of calculating software for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) systems, staged a world preview for its new simulation software for air-to-water (ATW) heat pumps in Padua, Italy, on April 13, 2023.
