Four More Companies Advance in DOE Heat Pump Challenge

On January 8, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced that four additional heat pump manufacturers had produced heat pump prototypes that successfully passed the laboratory testing phase of the DOE’s Cold Climate Heat Pump Challenge. The prototypes will now move to the next phase of the project, where they will be tested in the field.
