Mayekawa Jointly Develops Chillers Used for Semiconductor Manufacturing

Mayekawa and Shinwa Controls have succeeded in jointly developing Oberon, a new type of chiller that is environmentally friendly, and has the world’s highest level of cooling capacity (–70°C/9 kW).
