In 2023, China’s photovoltaic (PV) industry has seen an expanding scale, with the production volume of polysilicon, silicon wafers, cells, and components increasing by more than 64% year on year, and the total industry production value has exceeded RMB 1.75 trillion (about US$ 241.56 billion).
