New York State Eyeing Further GWP Limits

To meet its obligations under statewide climate legislation passed in 2019, New York State is eyeing three major regulations. These include a Cap-and-Invest plan that puts a price on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and tighter regulations on sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs).
