GdW and Viessmann Deutschland GmbH sign framework agreement

Allendorf (Eder), June/10/2024 – A framework agreement was signed between Ingeborg Esser, Managing Director of the Federal Association of German Housing and Real Estate Companies (GdW), and Dr. Frank Voßloh, Managing Director of Viessmann Deutschland GmbH, as part of Real Estate Arena 2024, the northern German trade fair for housing, construction and project planning, which took place at Messe Hannover from June 5-6, 2024. The aim of this agreement is to support the 3,000 housing and real estate companies organized in the GdW on their decarbonization path after the Building Energy Act (Gebäude-Energie-Gesetz, GEG) became effective on January 1, 2024. For example, GdW members will receive preferential conditions for the installation of heat pumps and hybrid systems from the integrated Viessmann solution offering on the basis of the framework agreement.
