The United States is one of the world’s predominant heating markets. Although the U.S. heat pump sector is relatively nascent compared with regions such as Japan, China, and Europe, the nation offers significant commercial potential for heat pumps. Starting in 2023, manufacturers that sell ATW heat pumps in the European market began to test the waters in the North American market. They participated in trade shows and surveyed the U.S. heating and hot water markets before starting to enter the U.S. market, but the scale of the U.S. market at this stage is considered extremely small.
