Sharp Aims for a Turnaround under New President and Executives

Sharp announced that the company has decided to promote Masahiro Okitsu to representative director, president and chief executive officer (CEO). Po-Hsuan Wu became representative director and deputy chairman, and Young-Way Liu, who is chairman of the parent company Hon Hai Precision in Taiwan, was appointed as a non-executive chairman. All new roles took effect on June 27, 2024.
