Carrier Chillers in Running for Coolest Thing Made in NC Competition

Carrier's award-winning AquaEdge® centrifugal chillers are among 145 nominees in a competition aimed at finding the “Coolest” product made in North Carolina. Carrier is a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

The Coolest Thing Made in NC competition is in its fifth year. The NC Chamber runs the popular contest, which spotlights North Carolina’s impressive, technologically driven manufacturing industry. According to the NC Chamber and National Association of Manufacturers, manufacturing generates more than 17% of the gross state product and employes more than 10% of the state’s workforce.
