Daiwa Incorporates Plasmacluster into Its Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer

Daiwa adopted Sharp’s Plasmacluster technology for the new version of its blast chiller/shock freezer, a commercial food quick cooler and food quick freezer, of which sales started in July 2024.
