French & Japanese Societies of AC&R Engineers Exchange Program for 2024

As part of the exchange program of the Japanese and French societies of refrigeration and air conditioning (AC&R) engineers, members of the Japanese Society of Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (JSRAE) had an opportunity to visit French organizations and companies, including the IIR – International Institute of Refrigeration, and AFF the French Refrigeration Association, from June 19 to 29, 2024. This report covers the background of the meetings between the French and Japanese AC&R societies during the first three days, the main points exchanged, and the contents of each presentation, with a focus on refrigerants.
