Middle Eastern air conditioner market scale reached over 5.2 million units in 2013 to record year-on year growth of 15.5%. The market differs greatly country by country. The three biggest markets in the Middle East are Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The combined size of these three air conditioner markets is estimated at over 3.3 million units in 2013.

3. U.S. Commercial Refrigeration to Reach US$ 10.7 Billion in 2018
Demand for commercial refrigeration equipment in the United States is forecast to increase 3% per year through 2018 to reach US$ 10.7 billion. The growth will be driven by an improving capital investment climate and expected growth in the food service and food retail sectors, which are the two major application fields for commercial refrigeration equipment
